13. JURISDICTION / GOVERNING LAW.
As a user of this Website, you agree to submit to the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A. without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any and all actions brought to enforce this Agreement or resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be brought solely in the courts having jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana, and you hereby consent to, agree to submit to, and waive any objection, the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts including, without limitation, on grounds of forum non conveniens.
